A fully tailored software solution was developed using Laravel as the core framework to serve as the central management system for a company dedicated to organizing social and corporate events. The platform was designed to streamline all operational and commercial processes — from client onboarding and quotations to logistics and post-event management.

Key features of the system include:

• Quotation generation with dynamic selection of services, menus, venues, and client-specific conditions.

• Purchase order management, linked directly to event quotes, enabling full control of supplier spending and approval workflows.

• Client and CRM module for managing customer records, event history, billing data, and communication logs.

• Event scheduling and resource planning, with calendar-based programming, task tracking, and allocation of staff, venues, and equipment.

• Inventory and dispatch tracking, ensuring accurate stock control for materials, rentals, and supplies associated with each event.

• Staff assignment and performance tracking, including role distribution per event, attendance control, and team coordination.

Built with Laravel, the system follows a secure and scalable modular architecture. It incorporates technologies like Spatie Roles & Permissions for granular access control, and PDF generation for documentation such as proposals and purchase orders. Administrative dashboards provide real-time performance metrics for informed decision-making.

This solution enabled the client to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, gain full visibility into event logistics, and enhance the overall quality of service delivered to their customers.
