A custom software solution, based on Laravel, for a company specializing in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of surgical implants, medical instruments, and high-precision components used in orthopedic and trauma procedures.

This comprehensive system was built to meet the requirements of the production process, with a focus on traceability, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and scalability. The main features included were:

Custom product management: parametric design and configuration of implants and instruments, with versioning support and technical documentation.

Production module: manufacturing order control, integration with CNC processes, and batch validation, all with real-time tracking.

Quality control: approval workflows, inspection records, and compliance with regulations , with automatic generation of audit reports.

Full traceability: tracking from manufacturing to final delivery, including serial and batch number control, and compatibility with HL7/FHIR standards.

Sales and logistics management: integration with inventory, orders, and invoicing.

Dashboards and reports: interactive dashboards for monitoring operational KPIs and regulatory compliance.

The project was developed using Laravel as the main backend, with a robust, modular architecture, a RESTful API for integration with external billing system, and a MySQL database at the front and backend levels. Best practices for secure development, automated testing, and deployment on scalable cloud infrastructure were applied.

Thanks to this development, the company was able to digitize and optimize its key processes, improve traceability, ensure regulatory compliance, and strengthen its competitiveness in a highly specialized market.
